Harbor Desk
A booking dashboard for a small marina, replacing a shared spreadsheet and a lot of phone calls.
The problem
Berth bookings lived in one spreadsheet edited by four people. Double bookings happened every season and nobody could see free berths from a phone.
The approach
A calendar view per pier with conflict checks in the database, deposits through Stripe Checkout, and a phone-first view for the harbor master on the dock.
My role
Solo developer: discovery, design, build and deploy.
Outcome
Shipped in eight weeks. The spreadsheet was retired after the first month.
