An offline-first notes app for researchers who work where there is no signal.
The problem
A research group lost notes when their web form failed in the field without a connection.
The approach
Local SQLite storage with a sync queue, photo attachments compressed on device, and conflict resolution that keeps both versions.
My role
Mobile developer and UX.
Outcome
Used through a full field season with no lost entries reported.
